Cardiff Airport Parking Services For Disabled Parking
There are two car parks at Cardiff airport which cater for the needs of disabled passenger.
There are designated disabled spaces located in both the on airport car park and the long term car park plus 'special assistance call points' located in each car park plus the front of the main terminal building.
The call points are for disabled passengers to let reception know of their arrival and if there is anything that can be done to help.

Other Disabled Facilities Include
- Dedicated spaces in the car parks.
- Passengers can be dropped off in front of the terminal building.
- Low level kerbs at terminal entrance and exit.
- Use of airport wheelchairs throughout terminal building.
- Passengers may retain their own wheelchairs up until boarding; please check with your airline.
- Lifts between all floors.
- Specially designated toilets on the first floor, departure lounge and arrivals hall.
- A special assistance waiting area in the departure lounge is available with low level courtesy phone, flight information.
- screen and induction loop.
- Fast-track for wheelchair and special assistance passengers at security central search.
- Minicom facility for the deaf or hard of hearing is available at the Information Desk.
- Induction loops at check-in and other areas.
- Flight information monitors and spoken announcements of all flight related messages.
- Telephones of reduced height are available throughout the terminal.
- Ambulift for boarding aircraft.
- All information for PRMs and restaurant menus in Braille.
